For this cycle of the campaign, we supported Fairmont in developing 6 distinct travel personalities to represent each of the brand’s hotel locations in British Columbia. This approach helps focus our messaging and promotes unique regional characteristics and offerings which are exclusive to each hotel . By using these implied spokesperson concepts, we encourage users to subjectively relate to specific hotel experience based on their personal preferences and travel tastes. This is an engaging way to create strong market positioning and match guests to their ideal destination hotels.
