In a short paragraph, tell us a little bit about your role at Glacier Media. What do you do on a daily basis?
I’m an SEM Specialist. I help companies be on top of the search results when their targeted audiences look for specific and relevant content on the internet.

Hidden talent: Skilled at playing tennis and snowboarding. I have an incredible relationship with animals.

Personal kryptonite: I sometimes tend to get caught up in the little details, which can distract me from the ultimate goal.

Q: What are you currently listening to?
A: classical (Mozart, Beethoven & Vivaldi) and house (Armin van Buuren, Tiesto & Joel Corry), etc.

Q: What keeps you motivated?
A: challenging myself, learning new things & taking risks.

Two truths, one lie:

  1. I am a Pescatarian
  2. I’m proud to have the Persian name that is featured on the Faravahar of the Zoroastrian faith
  3. I try to avoid carbs

Q: How do you stay on track while working from home?
A: Disable all notifications, take breaks & listen to classical music.

Q: How do you keep your work organized?
A: Use checklists, to-do lists and the calendar, switch off popup notifications and meditate 2-3 times a day.

Q: Do you have a side-hustle?
A: Stock trading and I’m a freelance web developer.

Q: Do you have any advice for readers?

A: Life is far too short not to follow your dreams. Find what you love and enjoy it.
