Here at Glacier Media, our internal agency ecosystem is made up of 150+ folks.

Another week, another Team GMD Q&A. It’s kind of like Vogue’s 73 Questions. Instead, it’s in blog form and there are fewer questions – because you’re busy and we respect your time.

This week on Team GMD, we are featuring Lise Boullard, our Content Manager.

Lise is Glacier Media Digital’s resident word wizard, writing and editing copy for everything from social media posts to blogs to website landing pages. When not glued to her MacBook Air, you can find Lise hiking the local mountains or heading on her next travel adventure. Read on to learn more about her.

Expertise: Storytelling

Hidden Talent: I’m pretty proud of my monkey face.

Two truths, one lie:

I started my career at Reader’s Digest

I was in a Janet Jackson music video

I’m a twin

Morning ritual: The day is always better when it starts with a banana/spinach/berry/chia/turmeric smoothie, writing down three things I’m grateful for and meditating for 20 minutes (yes, I’m a bit of a health nut).

Personal kryptonite: I’m a beauty product junkie! I have so many products that I have to store them in my fridge to preserve them.

What is one of your greatest achievements: Completing the 5-day trek to Machu Picchu in Peru was pretty epic.

Things you’re passionate about: I’m passionate about my family, friends, cooking and travelling, about having amazing experiences and sharing those experiences through inspiring words and beautiful images.

What are you reading right now: I’m just cracking open Warlight by Michael Ondaatje. I plan to read that, along with Crazy Rich Asians by Kevin Kwan, poolside on my upcoming trip (see below).

What’s your next vacation destination: Carlsbad, California, just outside of San Diego.

Favourite quote: “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.”—Albert Einstein.

It’s 2 PM on a Saturday afternoon. What are you doing:

Reading at Commercial Street Café, walking around Trout Lake or hiking with friends on one of the North Shore mountains.
